But if we think of ourselves as instruments of leadership, then we'll come to see self-awareness as the single most important quality of leadership success. Fine tuning our leadership requires a journey of personal mastery, a journey that might require us to let go of some previously held behaviours, beliefs, values, or intentions. Hello. I'm Paddy Upton from Deakin University. And in this free two week course we'll explore core personal values and determine how these may impact your coaching. We'll investigate strategies to enhance self-awareness and discover how self-awareness helps you become a more effective coach or leader.

The best leaders know that the journey of self-awareness is an important and difficult one, rewarding, too. This course aims to help you make any internal adjustments or fine tuning in the pursuit of increased self-awareness, learning, personal mastery, and being even more effective and impactful as a leader and coach. I hope you'll join me in this course on leadership and self-awareness.
