Welcome to Week 3

What is it a “smart city”? How are cities going to be in the future? In this third week of the course we will get deeper into the “smart” concept and its meaning, applied to our cities. From our experts’ experience, we will learn how technology can be a tool to improve the quality of our cities regarding carbon emissions. In this unit, we will discover how relevant information can be in order to design an efficient energy-saving plan. We will travel to the Netherlands to meet Ger Baron, CTO of Amsterdam.
