This course is part of the Women in Leadership program, which will enable you to discover techniques to apply in your leadership role.

This course provides you with insights into the unique challenges that women face when they take on a leadership role, which can be even more daring for a woman if that role is in a regional location. You will explore leadership styles and what it takes to lead a high-performing team. Importantly, you will examine various dimensions of communicating as a leader and how this is distinct for females, including body language, communication style, and promoting your values.

The course is broken up into five weeks for five topics, and each should take you about 10 hours to complete (including time to work on assessments).

Women in leadership not only explores these challenges, but provides clear steps and strategies for women to unleash their full leadership potential. The five week course will take you on a leadership journey exploring leadership challenges, leadership styles, leadership branding and tips for working in teams. It all culminates in helping you build your leadership vision and developing a leadership roadmap for your career going forward.
