FutureLearn named Best User Experience at the UXUK Awards
Last night, FutureLearn won the “Best Education or Learning Experience” category and then competed against the other category winners to win the grand prize of “Best User Experience” at the UXUK Awards.
The UXUK Awards recognise excellence in user-focused digital or service design. Previous grand prize winners include the BBC and Transport for London.
FutureLearn first won the “Best Education or Learning Experience” category, which rewards “a beneficial learning and educational experience that has users at its heart”.
We then saw off competition from major brands such as easyJet and HSBC to win the overall “Best User Experience Award”, which is presented to “the very best of the best – the most inspiring, user-focused site, app or service.”
The awards were judged by an expert panel, who said that they recognised FutureLearn for the fact that user experience is at the heart of our whole process.
Last year, FutureLearn won a People’s Lovie and was named “Startup of the Year” – find out more.
