China makes efforts to popularize Chinese mandarin,to promote standard Chinese characters,and to encourage the use of the Chinese Pinyin Scheme,in order to improve the practical abilities in using the Chinese language of the entire society.The Chinese government further proposed the scientific protection of various ethnic languages and dialects,especially the protection, development and use endangered languages.
