Roles in Localization

The development team works on creation of the core software or product while the localization team works on translating and reviewing the product.

These two separate teams usually don’t work together directly but are brought together by an intermediary. This intermediary can take on one of two forms: a human, such as a localization project manager, or by an automation, which is supported by automation technology.
