Processes Overview

Tabea De Wille walks us through the various processes to consider in a localization project, from lead times to who actually owns localization.

Then you have to set some ground rules for communication, particularly between the development and localization teams, always with your organization’s own particular situation in mind. Finally, especially considering there are two teams involved, a solid understanding of the ownership of localization in your organization is crucial so that you can effectively define your product as ‘done.’
