So we have done different studies using this big data from Taiwan National Health Insurance as well. One study we published in Journal of Biomedical Infomatics, in which we provided the new methodology approach, using the observational health data and the publicly available database. So it’s observational evidence plus the bioinformatics evidence. So this is another study which we use the social media like Twitter data to know about the adverse events of drug reactions, where you know different patients, after taking drugs they usually post their adverse events or discuss among their peers. This is very helpful.

So this is another study we did use all those shared data and we saw how the policy implication would help to reduce antibiotics prescribing behavior in physicians and that was also very successful. And we publish it in the second top journal Oxford and IDSA. This is another study that is published in Jamia

which is Uncovering exposures responsible for birth season - disease affects: a global study. So this was part of OHDSI group. And we also contributed data from Taiwan it was a very interesting study as well. We get the OHDSI platform. This is book chapters. We published along with the different groups around the world. And the editors are from Australia, and UK.

There is a chapter called Taiwan Health Information Technology Journey: From Flash Drive to Health Cloud And if you are more interested you can go through in detail to see you know how Taiwan started their journey in health information technology from the flash drive in some years and now they are moving towards Health Cloud. And then there is another chapter. We also contributed to the book healthcare systems, future predictions for global care, which is about my data, my decision. And this is also interesting that, you know, we are talking about if, you know, patients are contributing their data so they have right for the data as well.

So, in conclusion, the current substantial growth in digital health is creating significant changes in the health care system. So massive data sharing adds value to the data. And sponsors expect some required data to be shared definitely. And data sharing is essential to the advancement of science.
