Introduction to week 2

Public authorities are leading the feed and food industries into the development of robust Quality Management Systems following a number of food crisis events (e.g. BSE or mad cow disease).

This week we will define The Quality Management System and its role in animal feed production; explore quality control and quality assurance; before finishing with the topic of auditing feed production.
