As you watch, consider some of the following in preparation for the warm-up exercise on the next step.
- Consider the strengths and weaknesses of the incident management team. Think particularly about how they tried to engage clinicians and their attempts at measuring compliance with good practice.
- Were there any deficiencies in infection control and clinical practice, and drivers for resistance.
- The prescribing issues that may be worthy of investigation and the strengths and weaknesses of the response to the outbreak.
