Welcome to Build an Agile Team. We’re delighted to be sharing this learning journey with you.

This course aims to build knowledge and awareness of Agile methodologies for managers and teams. It will unpack the benefits of Agile, examine what these might look like in practice, and explore how to take a team from a current state through to an Agile state by building a roadmap for change.

What will you learn?

Upon successful completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • describe the nature, role, and benefits of Agile teams
  • identify the principles and values of Agile ways of working
  • explain the use case for Agile teams in diverse contexts
  • critique a roadmap for transitioning to Agile teams.

The course offers you the knowledge and skills to elevate the performance of your team through improved collaboration, efficiency and adaptation to change. Agile methodology is a mindset that enables managers and teams to continuously learn and improve what they do and how they do it, driving performance and innovation through iterative practices. Through this course, you will explore how to take your team from current state through to an Agile state by building roadmaps for change.
