In this video, Yodi Mahendradhata gives an overview of topics to be covered in Policy, Process, Stakeholders, and Context.
SPEAKER: The importance of stakeholders and contacts in the Global Polio Eradication Initiative– how do we manage stakeholders and contacts to implement public health programs successfully? That’s the big question which we will address together through this lecture. First, we will discuss why we do actually need consistent policy engagement in public health programs like GPI. And then we will pick up the discussion on stakeholders and go further to how to actually conduct a stakeholder analysis. And third, appreciating that contacts really matter, we will learn how to conduct a rapid contacts analysis.
