You should now feel confident that you can identify what you need to do (and hopefully be doing it) to:
- Build your own network
- Create value for others within your network
Without Action, you will not change – and lessons learned through reflection, feedback and learning will have limited effect on your success.
Consider, record and commit:
- What were the key things I have learned about my own networks?
- What can I do to build and expand my personal and professional networks?
- What do I want to change about my current approach?
- What will I do to change?
- What do I need to put in place to ensure that this change sticks?
- When and how will I check in with myself to ensure I am on target to achieve this change?
- Who can I enlist to help me keep on track?
