Congratulations on finishing Week 1 of this course. We’ve covered a range of different topics this week and started your journey to becoming more career smart. We learned about credentials and how they can benefit our future careers. We determined what a skill actually is. We then focused on what skills you feel you’re best at and what you actually need to improve on. We looked at the skill of communication specifically and saw a popular example of how this was done well in the public sphere. Also, we learned from others on when things have gone wrong in the workplace and how those problems were overcome. I hope you enjoyed this week and look for to seeing you in Week 2.
