Greta Thunberg tells us how climate change and human rights are linked.

Human rights and the climate crisis are very linked. They go hand in hand because if we don’t avoid catastrophic climate breakdown then billions of people will suffer enormously of the consequences of that and we can’t solve one without solving the other they need to be solved together. People won’t be able to grow food, they won’t be able to live in houses in some cases and many people will have to move and flee their homes because of the climate crisis. And I just think it’s so sad and especially that it’s the global south who are the ones who are going to be most affected by this and they aren’t the ones who have most caused this.
