The dairy sector contributes to 4% of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions. 52% of milk related greenhouse gas production is methane. 217kg to 221kg, expected rise in dairy consumption pp by 2030 in developed countries. 55kg to 66kg, expected rise in dairy consumption pp by 2030 in developing countries.
