Hello, welcome to Unit 5 of our course. In this unit we’re going to dive into adult well-being. Just like they say on an airplane, you have to put your own mask on before you help anybody else with theirs. So in this unit we’re going to help you understand your current state of well-being. We’ll explore tools for stress management, and we’re going to create a solid plan of selfcare. This unit is all about you. Adult well-being is directly connected to the well-being of children, and as always we will be asking you to learn and play with us.
