Now, that you’ve done the progressive muscle relaxation exercise, take a moment to reflect on how you feel? Do you feel different from when you started the exercise? Is your mind clearer? Maybe you’ve noticed your breathing slowed down. You can practice progressive muscle relaxation at any time and even teach others!

We’ve filmed two other mindfulness exercises for you to try, one body scan meditation and one loving kindness meditation. We’ve also filmed a breathing exercise that you can use anytime you are feeling overwhelmed as a way to calm your mind and body.
