Welcome to week 2: Collaboration in Practice

Now you’ve laid the foundations for great collaboration by understanding your own skills, getting to know your group and creating a code of conduct for your collaboration, in theory, your project should run smoothly with a perfect team dynamic.

But let’s get real. As we all know, when collaboration takes place, it can be a messy, complex process. The tips and tactics we covered in week 1 – including getting to know your team and ensuring you’re working with a diverse group – will help set you up for success, but many things can easily derail this.

So this week is all about giving you the tools you need to overcome barriers and get back on track.
