Next week we’ll explore exercise prescription for a range of different clinical populations. Cuisle and Aine will be joined by Mikel and Fiona, who will be exploring exercise prescription for the treatment of cardiovascular, pulmonary, brain, and musculoskeletal diseases. They will also be looking at exercise prescription for children and older adults.

You will also be presented with various tools and tests for measuring physical activity including the six minute walk test, and the grip strength test.
