All right, so we’ve got to try and work this out and read this. I think it’s fill the parts A and B broadly, yeah that’s probably a good start. Broadly?
Something I think this is just a very bad hand writing. What can I say, the lecturer probably didn’t, is in a rush maybe? Something something required something, it’s awful. Aspects aspects
I mean, explanation explanation but that has no p, no likes, fill down part. Are you sure this is English language? I think it is is a revenge game tutors are trying to decode the handwritten answers and now we are decoding some feedback. Wow, yeah it’s hard, it’s definitely hard and a very helpful post-it note at the bottom. For me, if I received this feedback especially my first or second year, I might be a bit too shy or embarrassed to go and ask for them to interpret it, not actually trying to improve it which is not the best outcome.
If i received this piece of feedback my first thought would be this tutor, this lecturer has marked this doesn’t necessarily care about me as a student. First of all, I can’t even read their handwriting and yeah, what what is the lecturer trying to give you know? What is the lecturer trying to say? Because this is actually not a feedback, it’s like writing in greek language. So, if you want to give me feedback, you don’t give me this kind of feedback as a student.
So, this is not even a feedback on this one because the feedback is meant to be clear so I’m going to meet with the lecturer one to one, send an immediate email to the lecturer and also talk with the lecturer. Actually going and visiting them would help or maybe writing an email saying this is the picture what do you mean, can you type this out for me or something like that would definitely help. You know it’s just a waste of time to just even to arrange a meeting to them and ask them to clarify on each pile.
Most feedback is given on the computer so when you hand in essays, the feedback is in like either in text or beside it which is a lot better than seeing handwritten feedback which is sometimes quite hard to interpret. It basically devalues the feedback because it’s written by hand, obviously very quickly it means that I don’t think the tutor has really taken the care to read through this piece of work that I’ve poured for hours over, really understand it fully and then give me some feedback that’s legible.
I mean it would be great if it’s got positive, negative and specific points but it’s not even legible so that would be my first thought is this this tutor hasn’t taken the the care that’s required over the work that I’ve submitted. I’d definitely be disappointed because it’s not even worth the effort I put in, I mean from this it’s clearly evident that the lecturer hasn’t even put at least 10 percent of pains that I put in to do the assessment and give it back to me so definitely definitely be frustrated with that.
Definitely arrange a meeting with the lecturer and so as to why I got a feedback like this even in a form I couldn’t read out, you could have even given it an electronic form or typed it out as well rather than just writing it and giving it to me like that. At the end of the day, feedback is supposed to help me improve on my assignment in future assignment and this does not help at all, you know this does not just allow me to even read it yeah.
