Learning Objectives

In this week, you will learn about E-Bus project planning and the stakeholders involved. The content of this week also details the legal and political elements that should be considered and what tools can be utilized to calculate E-Bus project costs. By the end of this week you will understand how to start planning for E-Bus deployment and what factors need to be considered to implement E-Bus projects successfully.

• understand the essential factors and the significance of pre-planning before executing E-Bus projects
• gain knowledge about essential considerations like infrastructure, operations, and stakeholder engagement for successful E-Bus project implementation
• acquire the ability to assess and prioritize financial feasibility, charging infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks for successful E-Bus projects
