  6. What incentives exist for investments in electric or hybrid/zero emission buses?
  7. What institutional and regulatory frameworks are guiding the adoption of electric or hybrid/zero emission buses?
  8. What financial challenges have cities encountered when introducing electric or hybrid/zero emission buses?
  9. What technical and institutional challenges have cities encountered when introducing electric or hybrid/zero emission buses?
  10. What are the key steps cities have taken to ensure greater success when adopting electric or hybrid/zero emission buses?
