Grant Jarvie welcomes you to week one and asks you to consider:
Why is football history important?
Why is football history important?
Welcome to week one of Football More than a Game as we consider why the history of football is important.
We’ll ask some important questions like, why is history important and how does it help us understand football in different parts of the world? How do we judge or how should we judge what makes a great football era, a golden football era or even a great goal or match. Finally, we’ll ask if history helps us to make this comparative judgement?
Join us in the next step to meet the team and go over the learning objectives for this first week.
