Transition from friend to leader – action steps
Welcome to the final week of the course! The shift from being a friend or colleague to a position of leadership can be managed more effectively with the employment of intentional strategies to make the transition process more positive.
As you watch the video, consider any examples from your own work experience of people who have adopted some of the recommended strategies, or alternatively where the transition has been poorly handled.
