Thank you for sharing your final reflections, we can’t wait to read your comments.

We’ve finally reached the end of this course. We really hope that you have enjoyed your time with us and that it has provided you with the tools you need to develop new and exciting technologies, whether that’s as an individual, within your organisations or part of a future team you’re yet to form.

By choosing to take part in this course you have become part of a wider movement of people advocating for the need for gender inclusion with technology. We hope that you might find ways to take the concepts we have introduced to you, such as intersectionality and participatory design and apply them in other aspects of your life, not just in designing technologies. Most importantly, we hope that you understand that when we are developing new technologies we need to be considering the needs of the most underserved people in society so that we can build more equitable futures for everyone. We want to remind you that creating inclusive cultures requires being brave and persistent as changing existing structures is hard and takes a long time. Don’t feel demoralised if you come across resistance and know that learning is a life-long aim. This course is just the beginning.

Thank you so much for joining us and we hope you enjoy your time on Anti-Racist Approaches in Techonlogy.
