Final thoughts

A short video by Dr. Nicole Blum and Dr. Nicole Fran that summarises this short course.
[THEME MUSIC] We hope that you’ve enjoyed the course, learned a great deal about global education, and also, possibly, made some friends along the way. We developed the course because we’re passionate about global education and see the important role it can play in engaging individuals and communities across the world. We’re also keen to connect with and support educators in diverse contexts. Although this is the end of the course, please do keep these links alive by joining our mailing list and following our Twitter feeds so that you can become part of the DERC community. Before you go, as educators ourselves, we’d also be really interested to know about your experiences on the course and what you feel you’re taking away from it.
Please take a moment to create a short video of yourself reflecting on the three things you feel you’ve learned from the course, and post it on Flipgrid. Thank you. [THEME MUSIC]

Please watch the video above which includes a few final thoughts from the course tutors. As we note there, we warmly welcome you to join our mailing list and follow our Twitter feeds so you can become part of the DERC community.

Please do also take a moment to fill out the end of course evaluation. Your responses to this will be a great help to us as we continue to develop the course in the future.

If you haven’t done so already, we’d also greatly appreciate your participation in our research study (see the details we provided in step 3.2). This is, of course, completely optional and all data collected will be anonymous. To take part in the survey, please click the link below. It should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.
