A list of some key readings for learners looking to explore global education in more depth.

Despite the diverse perspectives on global education and related concepts which we have been exploring so far, they all share a common concern with global issues, how these link to local realities and how best to address them within educational programmes.

These are ideas that we will explore in depth in Week 2 of the course, but at this point you might also like to read some of the following texts which explore the different terms, their historical roots, as well as perspectives on them from research and practice.
