Food for Thought

Before you begin we would like you to reflect about what you hope to achieve from this course, what is the difference you want to make and how we can help you to achieve it.

We understand that the climate crisis may elicit an emotional response and could possibly cause significant anxiety. Below is a list of resources providing support with concerns and apprehension about climate change, global warming and the climate crisis, also known as eco-anxiety.

Emotional responses to Climate Change

“Climate change poses serious risks to mental health and well-being, concludes a new WHO policy brief, launched today at the Stockholm+50 conference.
