  • The difficulties COPMI experience in reaching out to seek help and the reasons associated with this

  • The various ways we can identify children and young people living with a parent with mental illness

  • A case study examining the barriers to seeking support outside of the family

  • The role that stigma plays in preventing children and young people reaching out for support

  • The fears and barriers we may all have when working with children and young people living with a parent with mental illness
