Welcome to Create Innovative Teams with Design Thinking. We are delighted to be sharing this learning journey with you.

This course aims to introduce you to the role of design thinking in team contexts. There will be a focus on how leaders and emerging leaders can employ the principles and methods to promote innovation by enabling their teams to generate and implement ideas rapidly.

• describe the benefits of implementing design thinking in a team environment
• apply principles of design thinking to develop well-defined problem statements
• identify team-based methods for expanding, refining, visualising, and implementing ideas
• explain how design thinking could be implemented in a team environment
