명절(Holiday)

  • 설날 – 음력 1월 1일(Lunar New Year -January 1 of the lunar calendar)
  • 추석 – 음력 8월 15일(Chuseok – August 15th in the lunar calendar)

국경일(National day)

  • 제헌절 – 7월 17일(Constitution Day – July 17)
  • 광복절 – 8월 15일(Liberation Day – August 15)
  • 개천절 – 10월 3일(National Foundation Day – October 3)
  • 한글날 – 10월 9일(Hangeul Day – October 9)

기념일(Anniversary)

국가 기념일(national day) 식목일-4월 5일(Arbor Day – April 5),
근로자의 날-5월 1일(Labor Day – May 1),
어린이날-5월 5일(Children’s Day – May 5),
어버이날-5월 8일(Mother’s Day – May 8),
