Welcome to the second week of the MOOC, An Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for the Tourism Industry.

This week, students will learn about the components or sub-areas that fall under the umbrella of AI. Students will also gain knowledge about different machine learning techniques such as classification and clustering. Several AI applications will be introduced.

Next is a brief look at how AI can be used in the tourism sector as well as ethical considerations in AI.
