The research on big data has been a hot issue in various countries in the world today, and the existing methods of data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, etc. still have problems that can’t be ignored when dealing with complex data or exploratory analysis, and many researchers now believe that combining human cognitive ability in machine intelligence is an effective means to improve the efficiency of machine computation and analysis.

The challenges of dealing with the complexity of big data mainly lie in the complexity of data, cognitive limitations, and the diversity of tasks.
