Using Fiji to measure

A brief inroduction to Fiji a.k.a ImageJ, incluing how to mkae calibrated measurements and count image features. Presented by Professor Andy French.

In this first video introducing Fiji, we show how it can be used to manually measure image features.

The video also shows how to calibrate image measurements to real world units, for example setting the number of pixels per centimetre.
