Detecting motion from pixel data

How to use background subtraction and median filtering to detect motion in video data. Presented by Professor Andy French

Before we can detect motion in video, we need a way to extract individual frames and look at the pixel data within them.

We can do this using code, but need to supply a specific frame number, or time point.
