Coding with images in Fiji

An introduction to examining and manipulating image data using Python.

We start with the familiar example of thresholding grayscale images, but using Python in the Fiji script editor. Don’t worry if you don’t understand all the code. We will provide a more basic intro to Python in the next section – but this is a good example of working with an image.
