Practical on simple model-based region segmentation via machine learning using Weka segmentation in Fiji
Model-based region segmentation often involves some form of machine learning and training of the model using multiple images of similar subjects.
This practical shows you how to try this out using a plugin called Weka segmentation in Fiji.
