Understanding expressions: what does your older brother do? He is a businessman.
‘무슨 일을 해요?’ is how you ask about a job. if you want to ask about the workplace you need to just put the form ‘~에서 일해요’ after the name of the place.
Example)

A : 조엘 씨 동생은 무슨 일을 해요?

B : 디자이너 예요. 미국 회사 에서 일해요.

A : 안나 씨 어머니는 무슨 일을 해요?
