1. 뭘

It is a shortened version of ‘무엇을’, and it is formed with shortened version of “무엇” attached by “을/를“ indicating an object.

In spoken language, ‘무엇을’ is often shortened to ”뭘“


ex. 드릴까요? = 무엇을 드릴까요?

2. -(으)세요.

(Attached to a verb) It is used to order a person to do something or to request a person to do something.

A sentence such as ‘비빔밥 주세요’ has the meaning of requesting/ordering the food at a restaurant.

“-으세요” is used after a verb with final consonant and “-세요” is used after a verb without final consonant.

① 받침 (Y) + -으세요


* 읽으세요
* 입으세요

② 받침 (N) + -세요


* 주세요
* 보세요
