Watch the video and try to identify the potential problems that could have occurred and how the researcher manages to avoid them.

What are the differences with the previous video? Again, consider things like:

  • tone of voice
  • body language
  • the types of questions being asked
  • how the participant responds or how they appear to feel
  • how the interviewer handles problems as they arise
