So what I want to do now is to play our upper voicings legato. So it’s important you play it on beats one and three and we’ll fit the tune around it as best we can. And in the second chorus, we’ll improvise. What I want to get across to you is the notes that are available to you with your major scales. So I won’t do anything amazingly musical. I’ll just, more or less, run up and down the notes that belong to the scale. Let’s have a go. 1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4.
