Welcome to the Week

The term User Experience (UX) has been associated with great products and it’s part of the success recipe of many companies – from Silicon Valley giants to the start-ups in garages. This week you will learn about the craft of User Experience Design, how it differs from other design disciplines, and how you can apply User Experience principles and thinking in anything you’re creating or designing.

Course objectives

  • Define user experience design and discover the importance of understanding user expectations before developing products and services.
  • Identify the techniques used for ideation and testing and explore the impact of an effective idea validation on user experience.
