PAUL WOODS: There’s a quite a few examples of artificial intelligence or things loosely related to artificial intelligence, like machine learning and other levels of intelligence that absolutely applying in our area of business. And I think it’s the that they’re not huge game-changing things, but there are lots of small micro bins for people in the workforce. Now, how do we have, you know, the artificial intelligence manager calendars. So, I have an assistant that manages my calendar that isn’t me, and it’s not executive assistant, it’s bot that manages my calendar. So, it’ll manage my, you know, managing invitations the meetings, it’ll manage acceptances rescheduling of meetings and it’s all completely automated.
So, it’s simple applications of AI like that, that we’re starting to see emerge in technology platforms that every business has access to. So, we think about the distribution of intelligence like that, I think we’re just on the cusp of widespread adoption of really simple but effective artificial intelligence in the workplace.
Personally, the the best application I’ve seen so far is the bot that manages my calendar. And from a personal point of view it absolutely saves me time, it saves me effort and it means that I can scale my effectiveness without having to hire another person to bring into the business.
