There’s some that I could give you, you know, really hard metrics and statistics Stockland and AGL, whom we were recently work with, now, I could give you the, the number of page views that’s increasing by plus 50% more visitors, but that’s kind of boring, right, in terms of, you know, a hard metric, certainly, the, the projects were quite very exciting and both, for our client and for the users, but, you know, I think, for me, it’s seeing change, seeing change for the better and knowing that, you know, when you’ve applied UX methods or activities to that process through that project lifecycle, you’ve used evidence to make design decisions and then you see that, as an outcome and the benefit for the user, I think that, for me, is what, is, you know, where the magic happens, if you will.
