Reactions to the COP27 Final Agreement

Speaking immediately after the announcement, Professor Dave Reay, Policy Director at ClimateXChange, Executive Director at Edinburgh Climate Change Institute and Professor of Carbon Management at the University of Edinburgh, reflected on the final outcomes of COP27.
