Putting the camera in different places can help you show the action more clearly. It can also change what viewers feel about the story, the setting and your characters.

Activity

Try filming someone from their eye level, from above (a high-angle shot) and from below (a low-angle shot).

Alternatively, try this:

  • Choose two people who are different heights.
  • Film the taller person using a high-angle shot.
  • Now film a low-angle shot of the shorter person.
