In this course you will explore the changing nature of work environments and the general characteristics of virtual and hybrid teams. You will investigate what makes virtual and hybrid teams successful, how to determine if they’re working well, and what can be done to improve the efficacy of virtual and hybrid modes of working. We’ll help you develop skills and use tools to effectively manage virtual and hybrid teams.
