As a mature learner, we may have been out of education for some years, or many years. We may not even remember what level of qualification and what grades we left school with. And even if we did, things are all so different now. But, there is lots of help available to guide us as we work out how to get from where we are right now, to where we need to be, and what we need to put in place along the way.

Take a look at the linked articles. There are links different types of learners; those with no qualifications, those who have already got the requirements to get on to their chosen course, and others in between.

Once you have had a look at the links and familiarised yourself with some of the available help, share what you think you need to do next if you are planning to progress on from this course.

What questions do you have that you may not yet be able to find the answers to?
