New week new topic!

This week, we are going to talk about health.

Health is not just freedom from illness and injuries, it also defines the relationship between a person’s mental and physical condition.

That’s why we have included sports in this chapter. Because any form of physical activity is good for both body and mind.

Norwegians enjoy being active outdoors in nature even in terrible weather and believe us, we get our sound share of that!

Of course, we hope you’ll rather enjoy good health for the rest of your life!

We also added a few new grammar topics, and we strongly recommend that you review the grammar about possessive and reflexive pronouns before you embark on the possessive “SIN”.
